Companies registered in Spain
Spanish training funded with your Fundae credit.
Companies that pay vocational training contributions in Spain have a yearly credit for their staff. Job-related Spanish courses can be funded with it.
Credit you don’t use is credit you lose.
Companies that pay training contributions have a yearly credit for their staff, and unused credit usually expires at the end of the year.
Key dates
Two dates worth marking.
Companies with fewer than 50 staff can carry unused credit over to the next two years, but only if they request it before 30 June.
€420minimum yearly credit for companies with 1 to 5 staff
One provider
We teach the classes and handle the funding.
HR doesn’t have to coordinate a school and a consultancy. We notify the course, record attendance and submit the final report.
Before: notification · During: records · After: final report
How it is calculated
How much credit your company has.
Last year’s training contributions are multiplied by a percentage that depends on company size. We always check the real amount before proposing a course.
Funding by company size
| Average staff | Credit |
|---|---|
| 1 to 5 | Minimum €420 |
| 6 to 9 | 100% |
| 10 to 49 | 75% |
| 50 to 249 | 60% |
| 250 or more | 50% |
Before you decide
Any questions?
Can Spanish training really be funded?
Yes, if it is job-related and meets the attendance, duration and registered-centre requirements.
Is there any cost for the company?
The credit covers the course up to its limit. If the budget is higher, the company pays the difference.
How far ahead should we plan?
It depends on the programme, but talk to us at least one week before the first class.
We already work with a training consultancy.
No problem: we teach the course and send attendance to your consultancy so it can handle the funding.
How much can you use?
Tell us how many people work at your company and we will send an estimate of your credit and the courses you could fund this year.
