Madrid Spanish Institute / Purchase
Campus courses
Before you pay. Everything in writing.
These terms govern enrolment and access to online courses purchased on Campus.
Who you contract with
The provider is Isabel Baena Otero, trading as Madrid Spanish Institute. Spanish tax ID (NIF): 74847350Z. Business address: Plaza Puerta Cerrada 5, 3, Madrid, Spain. Contact: info@madridspanishinstitute.com.
Course, price and taxes
Before payment, each course page states its content, format, entry requirements, duration or access period, final price and applicable taxes. That information and these terms form part of the contract.
Enrolment and access
Enrolment is confirmed when payment is authorised. Self-paced courses start when the purchase is confirmed. Tutored courses, seminars and scheduled editions begin on the date stated on their course page. Access is personal and may not be shared.
Secure payment
Campus offers the gateways displayed at checkout, including Stripe and PayPal when enabled. Those companies process payment data under their own policies. Madrid Spanish Institute does not store full card details.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have fourteen calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract. If you ask for digital access to begin immediately, Campus must obtain your express consent before payment and your acknowledgement that you may lose that right once performance begins, where the law provides. This exception does not limit rights arising from non-conforming content or a defective service.
Cancellations and refunds
If Madrid Spanish Institute cancels a scheduled edition, we will offer an equivalent alternative or refund the relevant amount. Other requests are assessed according to the format purchased, the time of the request and applicable statutory rights. To request cancellation or withdrawal, email info@madridspanishinstitute.com and identify the course and account used.
Campus availability
We perform maintenance and backups to keep the service available. A temporary incident does not reduce the access period: if it prevents meaningful use of the course, we will extend access or provide an equivalent remedy.
Intellectual property and use
Videos, texts, activities and course materials are provided solely for the student’s personal study. They may not be copied, published, sold or shared without written permission.
Law and complaints
Spanish law applies. Where the customer is a consumer, the competent courts are those established by consumer-protection law. You may contact us first so that we can try to resolve any issue before other complaint procedures are used.
